I. Please allow adequate time for me to complete your piece. While I can't assure a specific timeline, I will do my best to provide updates both directly and through my Trello. If you are ever curious or concerned about the progress of your piece please let me know, I'm always happy to give updates upon request!

II. You may only request major changes during the sketch phase (up to 3 revisions). Once the final is delivered I can only offer minor alterations, such as color adjustments.

III. Please understand my style often fluctuates. While I promise to commit the same level of effort and care with each piece, the final product may differ slightly from the examples I provide.

IV. For personal use only. Please be sure to credit me if used as an icon/header/etc. If you'd like to use a piece commercially let me know, I'd be happy to work something out!

V. I will only offer refunds during the sketch phase. If the situation warrants it I am willing to forgo this rule.

VI. I am allowed to cancel and refund your order at any time, for any reason.

VII. You are prohibited from using this piece in any form of crypto, including NFTs.

II. Please be sure to credit me for the design when applicable.

III. Upon purchase you are free to make alterations to the design. I only ask that you keep it somewhat recognizable and continue to credit me regardless of changes.

IV. You are free to trade, giveaway, or sell this design so long as the sale price does not exceed the original amount it was purchased for.

V. Payment is due within 24 hours of the winning bid. I will accept holds within the right circumstances, but if you fail to pay in an adequate time frame I will put the adopt back up for auction/sale. I do not accept payment plans at this time.

VI. You may not use this design to promote any form of hate or bigotry.

VII. You may not involve this design in AI.

VIII. You are prohibited from using this design in any form of crypto, including NFTs.
